Who can use it

BJ's Companion is run by Chris Hall for his household. Accounts are given out by the household administrator, and only people they invite may use it. Keep your password to yourself, and tell the administrator if you think someone else has used your account.

Using the app

• Use it for your own household's groceries, shopping lists, meal plans and price checks.
• Don't try to get into other people's accounts, get around its security, or overload it with automated requests.
• What you enter stays yours. The app uses it only as described in the privacy policy.

Prices and store information

• Prices, sales, stock levels, distances and gas estimates come from stores, other services and simple math.
• They can be wrong, late or different in the store.
• Always confirm the price at the store or at checkout. The app isn't responsible for differences.

Kroger

• Linking a Kroger account is optional.
• When linked, the app adds items to your Kroger cart only when you ask it to. You review and place every order yourself in Kroger's app or website.
• Kroger's own terms apply to your Kroger account and orders.
• BJ's Companion isn't made, endorsed or supported by Kroger, BJ's Wholesale Club or any other store named in the app.

Availability

The app runs on a home computer. It may be offline at times, and features may change or stop if a store changes its service. It's provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

Ending use

You can stop using the app, or unlink your Kroger account, at any time. The administrator may remove an account that is misused. Ask the administrator to delete your records.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
